Tai Chi and Qigong benefit you, your patients, and your practice. Dr. Welsh’s Therapeutic Tai Chi, Qigong, and Wellness Program is simple, fun, easy-to-learn, safe, and evidence-based. All courses provide practice in a short 7 part Tai Chi Form, Qigong exercises, and wellness practices that focus on applications to clinical and wellness clients. This 6 hour, one day course focuses on building resilience through the application of Susan Welsh’s Tai Chi, Qigong, and Wellness Program. Resilience is the ability to adapt and to “bounce back” after serious stressful life events. Resilience involves behaviors, thoughts, and actions that anyone can learn and develop. In this course participants will practice easy and gentle Tai Chi movements, known to boost immune function, ease stress and tension, and improve sleep. Join us and give yourself a day to relax and build resilience.
